About Otter Creek
Otter Creek Stucco & Plaster, based in Boulder, CO, was formed in 2007 by Jason Lewis.
Jason graduated from the University of Vermont in 1990 and then moved to Colorado to ski and work at Eldora Mountain Resort —where he worked for two years. Before discovering his passion for stucco and plaster, he spent five years as the director of operations for an international manufacturing company.
In 1997, he joined Professional Plastering, Inc. where he remained for the next 10 years —working his way up from Hod carrier to project manager. He honed his technique and gained practical knowledge that now translates into remarkable expertise and craftsmanship. Over the years, he has earned a reputation as a skilled project manager who can solve problems and make decisions that lead to exemplary results. His experience and skills range from managing projects in large, multi-dwelling developments to working closely with local builders and homeowners to create custom residential homes.
Over the past few years, Jason has expanded his skills to include modern interior plaster applications. He has attended classes for plaster products such as Variance and American Clay, as well as learned traditional techniques from experienced artisans in New Mexico. Most recently, Jason has expanded his repertoire to include both natural and cultured stone veneers.
